Teen Girl Audition in Upcoming Production "Alia"

About the project: Alia, a 15-year-old girl struggling with grief and depression, makes a life-altering decision one night. In a surreal, time-bending journey, she is confronted by versions of herself at different ages—Alia25, Alia35, Alia45, Alia55, and Alia65. Each of them presents a different path her life could take, from success and happiness to deep despair. As they battle for influence over her, Alia must decide if she will choose life or surrender to darkness. Alia is a powerful exploration of fate, mental health, and resilience. Rate: Union (TBC). Submission Deadline February 14, 2025. General Comments: There are double and triple roles that two of the leads would need to play. Same members from the family could apply (mother, daughter), twins, sisters, etc. Please, see the attachment. When applying, please submit head shot, resume, demo reel and self tape with sides online. For shooting the self-tape: 1) Record one video file with all required scenes in separate takes (or a single file with brief pauses between transitions). 2) Clearly state your name, age range, and the role(s) you're auditioning for at the beginning. 3) Film each age version separately, adjusting your body language, voice, and delivery to reflect the character’s evolution. If possible, change wardrobe, hair, or subtle makeup to differentiate the ages (not required but encouraged). 4) Perform in good lighting and clear audio (use a neutral background if possible). 5) Get a reader/actor to help you with the other version of Alia when you shoot the self-tape. 6) Record against a plain background without distractions 7) You can use any camera including your smartphone. Just ensure to frame horizontally.
