Additional info: BEAUTY WEAR - ( MANDATORY ) All contestants will appear before a panel of judges in SEMI-FORMAL/PAGEANT WEAR. THREE FRONT X’S AND ONE BACK X. No hair and makeup restrictions, please keep it age-appropriate. Judges will be looking for confidence, personality, beauty, and stage presence. OUTFIT OF CHOICE - ( OPTIONAL ) THEME - ALL THINGS FLOWERS Outfits can be homemade or off the racks Judges will be looking/scoring for creative outfits, great personalities, and FUN UPBEAT MODELING! Music will be played & ONLY the contestant's number and name will be announced Contestants that choose to compete in this area of competition will be given enough time to change before competing in the evening gown.
