Join at the East Coast Universal Miss Preliminary Pageant on March 29th! There will be one crowned winner per division and awards provided for 1st and 2nd alternants. Areas of competition will be scored as: Beauty- 50%; Open fashion- 50%. Optional awards will be provided per division. Hair and makeup should be age appropriate. No flippers allowed.
