Whatever A Sun Will Always Sing - Documentary

Casting a baby girl (less than 6 months old) for Story 4 in "Whatever A Sun Will Always Sing" - an experimental hybrid documentary that meditates on the tenderness of young women’s journeys into adulthood. The film uses re-enactment with actors to illustrate four stories from real life. Story 4 details the transformation of a young woman from being 'cared for to becoming the carer'. It begins with the father putting on knitted shoes on the baby girl when born, to later the daughter much older dressing the elderly father. We are seeking a baby for filming in New York City between Feb 27th-March 3rd for approx 2-3 hours work. Father acting with baby preferred but not necessary. Please reach out with any questions.
