About the project: Francesca Johnson, a beautiful Italian woman who married an American soldier to flee war-ravaged Italy, looks forward to a rare four days alone on her Iowa farm when her family heads to the 1965 State Fair. When ruggedly handsome, National Geographic photographer, Robert Kincaid, pulls into her driveway seeking directions, though, what happens in those four days may very well alter the course of Francesca's life. Based on the best-selling novel and nominated for several Tonys, Bridges is a touching, fiercely romantic, and powerful testament to love and the question of “what if?” Rate: No pay for those under 18. Additional info: What to prepare/bring: -32 bars of a contemporary musical theatre song that shows range and acting ability. Please bring several selections in case directors would like to hear more from you. -Headshot or snapshot -Resume. Most rehearsals will be on weekday evenings (days off will be given) with an occasional weekend day. Please note that our rehearsal schedule is designed to accommodate other jobs and we can respect conflicts within reason.
