Kid Actors Needed for "Aristocats KIDS" Show

Students in grades 2nd-5th are invited to audition for the "Aristocats KIDS" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Based on the 1970 Disney cartoon about a bourgeois brood of cats who inherit the fortune of their famous opera singer owner. Additional info: As a signature number from the musical goes, “Everybody Wants to be a Cat,” so auditions may be more competitive this year. The final cast will be announced by the evening of Saturday, Feb. 1. The tentative Rehearsal Schedule is as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Feb. 10; Tuesday, Feb. 11; Thursday, Feb. 13, from 4-6 p.m. Week 2 - Tuesday, Feb. 18; Thursday, Feb. 20, from 4-6 p.m. Week 3 - Monday, Feb. 24; Tuesday, Feb. 25; Thursday, Feb. 27, from 4-6 p.m. Week 4 - Tuesday March. 3; Thursday, March 6, from 4-6 p.m. Week 5 - Monday, March 10; Tuesday, March 11; Thursday, March 13, from 4-6 p.m. Week 6 - Tuesday, March 18; Thursday, March 20, from 4-6 p.m. Spring Break March 21–30: NO REHEARSAL Week 7 - Monday, March 31; Tuesday, April 1; Thursday, April 3, from 4-6 p.m. If needed, an additional rehearsal will be held on April 5.
