Babies and Parents Wanted For Pediatric Vaccine Campaign

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. The company is seeking babies and their parents for Pediatric Vaccine campaign. See the details below. Rate: Wardrobe: $75.00 (If Required). Baby Session Fee: $700.00/6 hrs. Adult Session Fee: $700.00/10 hrs. All Talent Buyout Fee: $6,000.00. All Fees are plus 20% agency Fee. (If they have an agent) Buyout is based on Survival of the edit and includes all lifts, edits, versions. Usage fee payable only if Performer is used in the final airing of the campaign. Airdate on or about Sept 2025. - Buyouts will not be paid out until spot goes to air on or about Sept 2025. Renewal Options for Years 4 & 5. With option to renew for year 4 - Rate: $4,500.00 Plus 20% agency Fee. With option to renew for year 5 - Rate: $4,500.00 Plus 20% agency Fee. Additional info: Location: Toronto One guardian must bring their baby to the film set as their handler. Adults should not have any visible tattoos on their hands, forearms, neck and face. NOTE: Some parent roles will also be playing healthcare providers and will be compensated for both roles accordingly (if used for both roles) All babies must be legally at least 15 days old by the shoot date to participate This is a non-union project. All talent must be legal to work in Canada with a valid SIN and/Or GST. You must be available for the following dates in the GTA: Recalls Via Zoom: Fri Jan 31st (babies only).
