We are casting for "A.N.P.," an international co-production feature film about the true story of an American Vietnam War veteran, helmed by acclaimed Japanese writer and director, Shinya Tsukamoto.

Girl StudentFemale7-11 y.o.African-American

The most important role of all the elementary school students, the Girl will ask the lead character, Allen, a question: “Have you killed anyone?” This will change Allen's life completely as she hugs him after hearing his answer with tears in her eyes. This child will ideally have big round eyes and can pretend to cry, so acting skills will be critical. Shooting for this role will be for approximately 2-3 days in NY/NJ in April/May of 2025.

Sean (Age 6-8)Male5-10 y.o.African-American

Son of Linda who has married Allen, making Sean his step-son. In the middle of the night, Sean at age 6 stops his confused step-father who is hitting his mother. Shooting for this role will be for approximately 1.5 weeks in NY/NJ in April/May of 2025.

Sean (Age 11)Male10-13 y.o.African-American

This is three years after the 6 year-old Sean stopped his step-father, Allen, from hitting his mother. As his step-father's PTSD treatment progresses, Sean gently comforts Allen as he continues to cry about something. Shooting for this role will be for approximately 2-3 days in NY/NJ in April/May of 2025.
