Casting Teen Performers for "Of Mice and Men" Play

Seeking teen performers for the play "Of Mice and Men." Please find the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Seeking talented actors to bring to life John Steinbeck's timeless classic, "Of Mice and Men". This powerful and poignant play tells the story of two migrant men, George and Lennie, and their dreams of a better life during the Great Depression. Rate: Stipend of $50 per performance per actor. We are planning four total performances at this time. Additional info: Callback Date (if necessary): Monday, February 2, 2025 and/or Tuesday, February 3, 2025 Performance Dates: This is a one weekend run - April 24th - April 27th, 2025 All auditions will be done via video submission. Prepare a 60-90 second dramatic monologue of your choice. Video submissions will be accepted from January 8, 2025 - February 1, 2025. Submissions after February 1, 2025 will not be considered. Casting will be announced no later than Monday, February 3, 2025. With the exception of tech week, all rehearsals will be in the Centennial/Highlands Ranch area. Tech week will take place in Castle Pines at the library. The first meet & greet/ read through will take place on Thursday, February 27th from 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm. Regular rehearsals will begin March 4, 2025 and will be held Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm, and on Saturdays from 12 pm - 3 pm. - Performances will run April 24th - April 26th, 2025 at 7:00 pm and April 27th at 2:00 pm.
