Seeking young talent ages 16+ for singing auditions for "All Shook Up." Please see the details below. Rate: There is no pay for this production, but it will be a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun, professional environment. Additional info: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Callbacks – by invitation only) What to Prepare: – Vocal Selection: 16-32 bars of an Elvis Presley song or a song in a similar style. – Dance Audition: A brief dance combination will be taught at the audition, so please wear appropriate attire and shoes. – Headshot & Resume: If you have not worked with Top Billing before, please bring your headshot and resume. Rehearsals: – Fridays:6:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Saturdays:4:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Sundays:4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (*Not all performers will be called for every rehearsal. The directors will accommodate any disclosed scheduling conflicts.*) Mandatory Tech Rehearsals: – April 19-20, 25-27, & May 2 (*Please note that all cast members must be available for these tech dates.*) Performance Dates: May 3-4, 2025 – Performers must be available for all rehearsals and tech dates. (F#2 – A4) A great-lookin’, motorcycling, guitar-playing, leather-jacketed roustabout. Charismatic and on the move. Note: This role engages in staged intimacy including kissing and embracing.
(C4 – Eb5) Sylvia’s daughter, pretty, smart, and a total romantic. Note: This role engages in staged intimacy including kissing and embracing.
(A2 – Bb4) Natalie’s awkward best friend and secret admirer. Note: This role engages in staged intimacy including kissing and embracing.
(E3 – F5) The beautiful, intellectual caretaker of the town’s museum. Unapologetically knows what she wants. Note: This role engages in staged intimacy including kissing and embracing.
(D3 – Bb4) Matilda’s son. He has grown up at a military boarding school. Sheltered and awkward, love brings out a new side of him. Note: This role engages in staged intimacy including kissing and embracing.
Townspeople who make up the small midwestern community where the story takes place. Many featured roles and dance opportunities. Some Ensemble members will also understudy principal roles.
