"The Sound of Music" Show Needs Boys and Girls

Kids aged 8 and up are invited to audition for "The Sound of Music" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: One of the most beloved musicals of all time! In Austria, in 1938, an exuberant young governess brings music and joy back to a broken family, only to face danger and intrigue as the Nazis gain power. Additional info: -Please Provide a Headshot and current theatrical Résumé through the form before attending the open audition date. -Please prepare 16-32 bars of sheet music in the correct key - Classic Broadway style. Reference the vocal range of the roles below. An accompanist will be provided. Please no CD, iPod, or Acapella auditions. -There may be a dance audition after singing. Please bring all of your respective shoes. There will be time and space for you to change and warm up. Please bring dance attire for the dance portion of the audition.
