Looking for actors ages 13 and up for "Six: Teen Edition". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the mic to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century girl power! This new original musical is a global sensation that everyone is losing their head over. SIX: TEEN EDITION includes all songs from the original version, with reimagined lines and lyrics to minimize suggestive language and alternate line changes to reframe UK references for a US audience. Additional info: Audition slots are reserved for small groups to rotate through vocal auditions while the remaining Queens learn choreography. To simplify the audition process, vocalists should prepare a solo of one chosen role from the Audition Material Folder. attached. Callbacks, if necessary, will ask actors to sing alternate pieces from this folder with possible harmonization. Actors should come in comfortable clothing that allows for dance movement. Character shoes are strongly encouraged but not required. If interested, please apply.
