Singing Audition for "Mary Poppins" Show

Kids aged 9-18 years old are invited to audition for the "Mary Poppins" Show. Please see the details below. About the project: A lovable jack-of-all-trades, Bert, invites us to embark on a journey to England in 1910 and introduces us to the Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins, the practically perfect nanny, arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, Mary Poppins takes the children on magical and memorable adventures, leaving an indelible mark on their lives while imparting invaluable lessons about love and kindness to everyone around them. Additional info: Those auditioning must be 18 years of age or younger (unless still attending high school) during the 2024-25 school year and should be no younger than 9 years of age. Anyone auditioning should be prepared to sing a 16-32 measure excerpt from a song of their choice and bring sheet music in the proper key. An accompanist will be provided. Some actors may be asked to read a short scene from the script. Those auditioning should bring a list of schedule conflicts between the dates of auditions and the performances of Mary Poppins.
