Rosie is her mom’s (Savannah) little sunshine. Playful, cute but a force to be reckoned with. She thinks she is way older than she is and has a love for spy films and James Bond. After meeting Tanner for the first time, she instantly likes him and is ready to ditch Savannah’s current boyfriend. She doesn’t like Pete, because he is rude and abusive towards her mother. She feels sad and helpless when she gives herself the blame that she couldn’t help her mother when Pete attacked her.
