Casting Teen Performers for "Legally Blonde" Show

"Legally Blonde" is a musical that needs teens aged 16+. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Harvard's beloved blonde takes the stage by pink storm in this fun, upbeat story of self-discovery. So much fun, it should be illegal! Additional info: Please prepare a 32 bar vocal cut of a song in the style of the show. Please provide sheet music in the appropriate key that has piano accompaniment. Please also wear appropriate dance attire as there will be a short dance combination at the general audition. Audience Alert: This show contains use of strobe lights and includes some violent scenes that may not be suitable for all audience members. Viewer discretion is advised. Show Information: Legally Blonde is considered PG-13 Running Time: 2 Acts with 1 intermission Callback auditions (which will include separate vocal, acting and dance components) are by invitation only and will be held on Sunday January 12. Rehearsals will generally be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (7-10 pm), and Sundays (11 am - 4 pm) from mid February to May, but there may be a few Saturday rehearsals.
