Casting Teen Performers for "Into the Woods" Show
Teens ages 14-18 years old are encouraged to audition for the "Into the Woods" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The story follows a Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone’s wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with. . .with rather giant and disastrous results. Additional info: There are no dance auditions the only thing you'll be required to prepare is an audition song for your allotted time slot. In addition, this production will be cast as close to as intended as possible. That means a smaller cast, no added parts, and no added ensemble. Note that the participation fee will be applied.
