Young Performers Needed for "On Your Feet" Musical

Seeking young performers for the musical "On Your Feet." Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: All roles are paid a $500 rehearsal stipend and a per show rate between $55 and $70. Understudies will receive an additional rehearsal stipend. Swings are paid a $500 rehearsal stipend and $100 per week on-call stipend for the run, plus a per-show rate for any shows they cover. No AEA/Equity contracts are available for this production. Additional info: The majority of characters in this piece will be played by actors who identify as Latino/a/Latinx, Latine, Chicano/a, and Latin American. However, people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to audition. Actors of all gender identities and abilities are welcome and encouraged to audition. There will be roles for 17-20 Adults, as well as Swings. Requirements: 16-32 bars of a song in the style of the show Short monologue or tell us a story of your favorite memory Invited Dance Callback NOTE: This dance call is being held at a separate time from music/scene callbacks: Sunday, December 8th – 6 pm to 8 pm Rehearsals: April 13 – May 15, 2025 Generally Sunday through Thursday evening Tech: May 17 – 22, 2025 Performances: May 23 – June 22, 2025 If you are interested, please apply.
