Singing auditions for the play "Alice in Wonderland Jr." Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Journey down the rabbit hole with Alice in Wonderland Jr., a whimsical musical adventure! This enchanting production brings Lewis Carroll’s classic tale to life with vibrant characters, catchy songs, and plenty of wonder. Join Alice as she meets the curious inhabitants of Wonderland, from the Mad Hatter to the Queen of Hearts, in a story that’s perfect for audiences of all ages! Additional info: Please note: there is a production fee applied. Callbacks: Saturday, December 7 @ 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m (or later) Weekly Rehearsals: Mondays 4:30-6:30 p.m. starting January 6, 2024 Dress Rehearsals & Performances: Monday-Saturday, April 21-26 with shows April 24-26. Save all week (in the afternoons) for rehearsals and shows. Bring to Auditions: Be prepared to sing 16 bars (30 seconds) of a song that showcases your vocal range. Select a song from a musical or movie (not Alice in Wonderland), that will showcase your acting skills and vocal ability. Be prepared to read the dialogue (listed below) at your audition. The directors will choose which character you will perform. Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your audition time. No parents or family members allowed in the audition room. Bring your own audio track with the music on it. The directors will have a stereo with an AUX cord. Have your music unlocked and cold as you walk into the audition room.
