Registration and rehearsal - 9:30 AM Doors open - 10:30 AM The pageant begins - at 11 AM Beauty - Baby/Tiny Miss should wear cupcake-style dresses. Little Miss dress length (cupcake or full length) at the discretion of the parent. Jr. Miss and above should be in floor length formal dresses. Heels should be appropriate for age.
