Headshot for program book 2. Photogenic photo (if entering Universal Photogenic optional) 3. Ads for the program book (if you sell any ads) 4. Contestant Portal complete through Tally Genie Girls capturing state and regional titles are REQUIRED to compete at the National Competition. Any title holder that does not advance to Nationals will relinquish their title and the successor will be awarded the state/regional title. Please note that the fee applies.
