Casting Boys for "How I Became A Pirate" Play

Looking for a boy ages 10-14 years old for the "How I Became A Pirate" Play. Please see the details below. About the project: Young Jeremy Jacob is digging in the sand at North Beach when he is greeted by Captain Braid Beard and his mates and recruited to help them find the perfect digging spot for their treasure. High-seas adventures await Jeremy and his friends in this delightful musical based on the popular children's book by Melinda Long. Additional info: Prepare a 60 second cutting from any up tempo Broadway or Disney song. Bring your accompaniment- pianist, CD, electronic device, phone. There will be no dance audition. REHEARSALS: Generally 3-4 nights per week from 7 pm-9 pm Mondays through Thursday with some Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon and evening rehearsals. PERFORMANCES: 3 school matinees on Jan. 3 at 9:30 am and Jan. 10 at 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. 4 public performances Jan. 3 at 7:30 pm, Jan. 4 at 11 am and 1:30 pm, and Jan. at 1:30 pm at The Oxford.
