Kid Actors Needed for "Beetlejuice Jr." Show

Audition for "Beetlejuice Jr.". Casting kids ages 11-17. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in Beetlejuice Jr., the frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon. Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium. Additional info: All students must be signed up and registered to audition. Auditions are required for all students participating in this production. All roles open! Audition materials will be sent out in early December. Rehearsals begin on Saturday, January 11, 2025 Rehearsals days/times: Tuesdays 6-9 pm, Wednesdays 7-9 pm, & Saturdays 12:30-4:30 pm **Rehearsals days & times are subject to change** Show Dates: April 5-6, 2025 (3 performances - double show on April 5) Mandatory Tech Week Rehearsals: March 31 - April 4, 6-10 pm.
