About the project: "Billy Elliot the Musical is set in northern England, under the rule of Margaret Thatcher, amidst the riotous clashes between miners and police during the 1984 miners' strike where a young boy finds freedom and self-expression through dance." Additional info: Prepare a song that demonstrates character and range. Be prepared to read a side from the show. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes for dancing.
