Seeking actors ages 16 and up for the film and stage production "Rise". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Genre: Drama Musical. A musical phenomenon, an anthology of the trials, struggles, and triumphs of Black culture relayed through song and dance featuring all genres of secular and non-secular music. Rate: ALL ROLES ARE PAID. Additional info: Non-Union. Actors must be able to work locally to Raleigh/Durham and Goldsboro NC. Filming is tentatively scheduled for 10 days in July of 2025 exact dates TBA. Live stage performance is tentatively scheduled for August 2025 exact date TBA.
