And includes all run-off and perpetual rights as noted above Versions: Unlimited number of versions and edits and lifts are permitted with materials created during the original production. These include language variations. Term: 6 Months commencing with the date of 1st use Option term: Pre-Negotiated Options for 2nd and 3rd year (optional) All materials derived from above-entitled shoot. Includes, without limitation, unlimited edits, lifts, tags, cut downs, b-roll/behind the scenes, still photography, and versions of this campaign during the term of this agreement.
