Casting Kids and Teens for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever"
Kid and teen performers needed for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The Herman’s are the worst kids in the history of the world- so when they crash Sunday School and demand parts in the Christmas pageant, the whole town panics. There’s not supposed to be biting or cigar-smoking in Bethlehem, and while these kids have never even heard the Christmas story, they definitely have rewrites! Soon, everyone is calling for the reluctant director, Grace Bradley, to fire the Herman’s. It’s up to Grace and the Reverend to help their community see the Christmas story and the Herdman kids through new eyes. Silent night? Not a chance. But sometimes a little joyful noise is just right for Christmas! Additional info: Auditions are in a group setting with 4-6 children and last approximately 30 minutes. Please come dressed in clothes and shoes you can move and sing in. (no flip flops and bare feet). Please bring your script (provided and yours to keep!), a pencil, a highlighter and a water bottle to rehearsal. You may wish to bring a snack or money for the vending machines (all proceeds benefit Spark!) Bring homework or a book, but please leave Electronic devices at home, devices brought to rehearsal that impact actor focus may be removed. Please see the attachment for details. If you are interested please apply.
