National Children’s Chorus in MA Seeks Kids

The National Children’s Chorus is looking for boys and girls ages 10-18 to join. Please see the details below. ONLY TX, CA, IL, NY, DC, AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: The Senior Division audition will consist of the following elements: 1-on-1 Vocal Assessment with an NCC Conductor on Zoom Vocal exercises (repeat short scales given by the conductor to evaluate vocal development and range) Pitch matching (repeat pitches given by the conductor to evaluate intonation) Solo Piece—a song of the applicant's choosing that best shows the student's vocal and expressive capability. The piece must be sung a cappella, however a starting pitch may be requested. Suggested pieces include "Caro Mio Ben" or "The Star-Spangled Banner".
