Boy Needed for "Amahl and the Night Visitors"

Looking for a child soprano aged 8-13, any gender, who has experience with children’s choir and can portray a boy of around 8-12 years of age for "Amahl and the Night Visitors". Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Amahl and the Night Visitors is a short opera in English about three kings following a star toward Bethlehem. They stop for the night at the home of Amahl, a young disabled shepherd who lives with his widowed mother. Additional info: Performances will be in the Franklin area on January 12 and 19, 2025. Rehearsals will be weeks of December 2-14 and January 3-11. Please submit a video of the child singing two songs in a choral or classical style in English with accompaniment. Video submissions are accepted until November 1, 2024, at 6 PM. Callbacks will be in person on November 9-10, 2024.
