"Miss Scream-O-Ween" Pageant Seeks Boys and Girls

The "Miss Scream-O-Ween" Pageant is looking for girls of all ages. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: The event is scheduled to take place on October 26. Attire: There will be two phases of competition, beauty wear and costume wear. These outfits may be off the rack to custom-made. The judges won't be judging on attire alone but merely on how does the outfits fit? Is the contestant confident in it? How creative is the outfit? Every contestant will receive a goodie bag!!
