Olivia is a high school senior struggling with her faith after her father left her and her mom. Olivia’s journey is one of emotional and spiritual healing as she wrestles with her doubts, anger, and feelings of betrayal. She’s angry, not just at her father but also at God, whom she feels has abandoned her as well. Olivia has a strong sense of right and wrong and desires to make a difference. She has the potential to be fearless and bold, but her fear of rejection and failure holds her back.
Ashley is Olivia’s best friend and spiritual anchor. Unlike Olivia, Ashley has a strong, unwavering faith and has always been open about her beliefs. She is a constant source of support for Olivia, gently encouraging her to attend church, engage with her faith, and seek forgiveness. While Ashley understands Olivia’s struggles, she believes God has a plan for everyone, including Olivia.
Trinity serves as a spiritual guide for Olivia. God sent her to help Olivia rediscover her faith and overcome her fears. She’s quirky, energetic, and somewhat over the top, making her both an entertaining and unconventional angel. Trinity’s mission is to help Olivia find the courage to share the gospel and embrace her spiritual calling.
