Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "The Lightning Thief" Show

High School-aged performers are invited to audition for "The Lightning Thief" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly discovered powers he can't control, a destiny he doesn't want, and a mythology textbook's worth of monsters on his trail. When Zeus's master lightning bolt is stolen and Percy becomes the prime suspect, he has to find and return the bolt to prove his innocence and prevent a war between the gods. Additional info: All students must come prepared with a 16-32 cut song and a 1-minute contemporary monologue. An accompanist will be provided so please bring sheet music. Callbacks will take place on October 19, 2024, from 11 am to 5 pm at East Dallas Christian Church (629 N Peak St, Dallas, TX 75246).
