Seeking Teenagers for "Uptown Scrooge: Abridged!"

Calling All Tiny Tims, Elves ages 18 and under. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the Show: This is not your traditional "A Christmas Carol." Our version is a whirlwind experience where the audience controls the story at Java Central Cafe. With just 50 minutes on the clock, we’ll deliver all the magic, mayhem, and holiday spirit with a unique twist. With a list of 10 chapter titles, the audience (who is our collective Scrooge) controls the order of the story. When you hear "HUMBUG," it's their cue to shout out the number of the next chapter, whether it's Chapter 1, Chapter 10, or any other—there are no rules! The story can unfold in any order, keeping everyone on their toes. As the sands of time tick down, the challenge is to complete the entire tale in just 50 minutes. This show is all about quick changes, high energy, and audience interaction. Additional info: Looking For: Improv Skills: Comfort with audience interaction and on-the-spot changes. Energy: Maintain a fast pace and high energy throughout the performance. Ensemble Spirit: Team players who can work seamlessly in a small, tight-knit cast. 1. Please sing your favorite Christmas/Holiday/Winter/Hanukkah/Kwanza song. You can do this with an instrument, A Capella, or use 2 cups and the floor. 2.Movement - Teams will do a little dancing at the audition. Simple moves. It’s more about having fun. 3.
