Kids and Teens Audition in Stage Production "The Sound of Music"

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. The upcoming stage production of "The Sound of Music" is looking for boys and girls ages 6+. Please, see the details below. About the play: "The Sound of Music" is a classic musical that tells the inspiring story of Maria, a young woman who brings joy, music, and love to the lives of the von Trapp family during the tumultuous period leading up to World War II. With unforgettable songs like “Do-Re-Mi,” “My Favorite Things,” and “Edelweiss,” this production promises to be a joyful celebration of community and family. Additional information: Rehearsal and Performance Dates: Music Rehearsals Begin: October 13, 20, 27 & November 3, 10, 17 2024 @ 2:00 - 5:00. Staging Rehearsals Begin: January 5th, 2025 on Sundays 1:00 - 5:00 & Wednesdays 6:00 - 9:00. Tech Weeks: February 9–13, February 16–20 Performance Dates: February 21–23, February 26, February 28 – March 2. Callbacks will be held on September 22. Please, see attached the audition form.
