"Miss High & Miss Low Country" is seeking children and teenagers. For more information, please see the details below. ONLY NC, VA, WV, TN, KY, GA AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The Miss High & Low Country Pageant is a Benefit event with proceeds benefiting the "Shop with A Cop" Holiday Program.
