Looking for young girls to participate in "Miss High & Miss Low Country." Please find the details below. ONLY NC, VA, WV, TN, SC, GA AND LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: The Miss High & Low Country Pageant is a Benefit event with proceeds benefiting the "Shop with A Cop" Holiday Program.
