Dorothy Gale is swept away in a flood after her Uncle Henry becomes sick on their farm in Kansas. She once again finds herself in the enchanted land of OZ. Only it is different from the Oz she remembers. War has turned this once beautiful country into a desolate place. She meets Tik - Tok, a mechanical man who was once in the royal army. It is from him she learns the origin of Ozma. The rightful ruler of Oz.
