Child Singing Audition for "A Christmas Story: The Musical"

Kids ages 9 and up are invited to audition for "A Christmas Story: The Musical". Please see the details below. About the project: Based on the beloved movie classic, which is a holiday staple on TV, this musical brings to life the heartwarming and humorous tale of 9-year-old Ralphie Parker’s quest for the ultimate Christmas gift: an Official Red Ryder carbine-action 200-shot Range Model air rifle. Set in the nostalgic 1940s town of Hohman, Indiana, this show features all the iconic moments you love, from Flick’s tongue stuck to the flagpole to the infamous leg lamp! Additional info: Audition Workshop: Saturday, September 7th from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Children ages 9-13 who are interested in joining the children’s cast are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop. (If your child is interested in auditioning for the roles of Ralphie or Randy, attending the workshop is a must)! What to Prepare: A short song that shows off your vocal range in the style of the show. An accompaniment and a Bluetooth speaker will be provided. Come dressed to move during the dance portion of the audition. There will be a cold read during the auditions. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this magical holiday musical!
