Young Actors Needed for 'The Polar Express' Train Ride

Seeking youth actors for an hour-long live, theatrical production based on the film by Warner Bros. All performances take place aboard a slow-moving train from the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal in NOLA's Central Business District. Auditions are August 26th - 28th in New Orleans. Please email headshot/resume. If you are unable to attend in-person, we will accept self tapes. Rates: Hero Child: Paid/hr* *Presuming a fully realized performance season, and if Hero Child actors work the entirety of their assigned schedule, they will perform approx. 34 performances for an approx. 92 total hours from the start of rehearsals to closing day performance. Actors will not work every day of the run, but we are seeking actors with open availability. There are 3-5 rides per show day, but no youth actor will perform more than 3 rides per show day. Christmas Day OFF. LOCAL NOLA HIRE ONLY. Housing/transportation is not provided.
