Dance Opportunities for Kids in "Shrek the Musical Jr."

"Shrek the Musical Jr." seeks middle school students to audition. Please see the details below. Additional info: Monday 8/12 - Students will sing, one at a time, a portion of a song from the show for the Directors only in a closed audition; leave when you are through. Tuesday 8/13 - Students will learn, as a group, a portion of Choreography from the Choreographer and then dance the piece in small groups. Wednesday 8/14 & Thursday 8/15 - Students will read roles from the script multiple times with the other auditionees. Fri. 8/15 TBA; possible callbacks Casting will be posted no later than Saturday 8/16. Rehearsals will be on weekdays after school from August 19th - Nov. 5th Performance Dates: November 6th, 7th & 8th at 7PM See the attachment for details and audition material.
