Seeking Young Actors for "The Wizard of Oz" Show

Seeking 20 Young Actors, Ages 8-16 for "The Wizard of Oz" Show. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: Child actors are paid $150 rehearsal stipend and $15 per performance. Additional info: WHAT TO PREPARE: Auditionees will be taught a song with choreography (Ding Dong the Witch is Dead) and will be asked to sing and dance in small groups. Some may be asked to sing individually. Please come dressed comfortably in closed-toed shoes and ready to move. PLEASE NOTE: The Wizard of Oz performs weekday morning matinees to schools. All kids are double cast, with 10 in each cast. Performers will alternate every other day. Some weeks they will perform Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays – and other weeks they will perform Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. If interested, please apply.
