Fire Safety Brand Commercial Seeking Kids and Teens

Casting Nationwide! The company is seeking children/youths who experienced a residential fire and escaped safely, for an important fire safety brand commercial. See the details below. About the project: Did your child survive a residential fire (house or apartment)? Do you feel comfortable with them sharing their story to help raise awareness about the importance of smoke detectors? If so, directors want to hear from you! Please note that they are not seeking people affected by wildfires. Rate: If booked, you will receive $75 for a virtual wardrobe appointment, and $850 for the day of filming and interview. If your footage is in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $1100-$2900 for its use. For those not local to the Greater Toronto Area, you will receive $250 per travel/down day and $70 per diem. Additional info: - This is a NON-UNION project. No acting experience is required, however, you should be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed. - To participate, you MUST be able to film in Toronto. For American applicants, travel and accommodations will be covered. - American applicants must have a valid passport with an expiry no sooner than October, 2024. - American applicants MUST be available to travel from August 11th-17th. - If shortlisted, you MUST be available for a brief online interview with the director on July 17th. - If selected, you MUST be available for a virtual wardrobe appointment.
