Collin is a teenage boy from the neighboring country of Helia. After unfortunate circumstances, he's become a cadet engineer for the border reserves. While on a repair run to one of the surveillance towers, he and his squad were ambushed by local Marauders. Being the only survivor, he encounters the missionary hero Isaac Callahan who then assists him in returning to his base.
