Seeking Young Talents for 'The Academy' Audio Drama Series
"The Academy" is an audio drama series aimed at young adults in college. It follows the lives of college students in the fictional town of Westview, somewhere in Britain. Most of the characters go to the local university, but leave occasionally in search of their fortune. All of the characters have their own dynamics, lives, and distinct personalities -- and, oh yeah, a lot of DRAMA. This is the first of three waves for the first season and the series is planned to premiere around fall time at the start of the next school year, towards the end of 2024. The oldest of the Wells' children, he starts the season off as part of the recurring cast and then becomes supporting. The Wells believe that order and reason are the most important things for their children, but it takes support from the outside to show their children that sometimes nonsense can be fun! This role requires having two different sides of a personality, fun and serious.
The youngest of the Wells' children, he remains a recurring character throughout the season and has a bubbly personality that combats his siblings thinking. He's the first of the Wells to learn that having fun isn't a bad thing, as their parents have told them before.
The middle child of the Wells' children, she agrees with her parents and John that you have to be clever (at all times) to have any chance at succeeding in life. She's the last of the kids to learn to have fun with her friends and enjoy being a kid.
