Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "The Wizard of Oz"

Seeking performers ages 8-18 years old for "The Wizard of Oz" Show. Please see the details below. Additional info: Please come dressed for the movement! Resumes/headshots are welcome but not required. Auditions for LEAD ROLES Vocal & dance requirement: Please prepare a 1-minute solo of your choosing OR the chorus from the song, "We're Off to See the Wizard". An accompanist and Bluetooth speaker will be available. Please use a track without backing vocals. NO A CAPELLA AUDITIONS Auditionees will be placed in groups of 3-5 to rehearse and perform a short movement sequence. Auditions for CHARACTER ROLES & CHORUS Vocal & dance requirement: Auditionees will be placed in groups of 3-5 to rehearse and perform the chorus of "We're Off to See the Wizard". All 17+ auditionees will be given excerpts from the script to read. Youth Auditions: Vocal & dance requirement. Auditionees will be placed in groups of 3-5 to rehearse and perform the chorus of "We're Off to See the Wizard". Callback Auditions: Those requested to attend callback auditions will be given additional materials from the show to sing, read, or dance. CALLBACKS: Saturday, May 25 @ 3 - 5 PM.
