Rate: RATES & FEES (All fees are in Canadian Dollars and inclusive of any agency fees): Shoot Day: $600 cad for 10 hour day. Wardrobe Fee: $75 cad per hour x 2 hours for wardrobe call. Overtime if applicable: $75 cad per hour BUYOUT AMOUNT: 1-year Print buyout: $2500 CAD Total in USD - $2.325,45. Additional info: Application Deadline: Monday, April 29th. Wardrobe Fitting: May 4 or early May 6th. Filming Date: May 6th. Cost for Exclusivity included in buyout - All Vaccines including Pediatric Vaccines Length of Term: One year from date of first use.
