Seeking actress for Middle Eastern female lead role, to play age 5 to 9. “THE SOURCE” is a short film about all people, but it focuses primarily on the experiences of two little girls: Marybeth— a little girl trapped at the bottom of a well and Mariam— a little girl trapped in rubble after an earthquake Through the unfolding sensationalized news coverage of Marybeth’s plight and the obscurity of Mariam’s, these seemingly disparate characters come to merge, ultimately becoming one.
