Casting Call for Boys and Girls for "Seussical" Show

Searching for kids in grades 6 and up for "Seussical" Show. Please see the details below. Additional info: Callbacks: Thurs, May 23rd @ 6:30-9:30 pm (by invitation only). You will be asked to complete an audition form as well as read and agree to West Hartford Community Theater policies. Audition Materials: Music: Please prepare 32 bars of music in the style of the show. Acting: You will be provided with a playful side for a cold read at the audition. Dance: You will be asked to learn a short dance combination. Please wear clothing and shoes that allow you to move comfortably. Callback Materials: Please be prepared to read and/or sing from the show. Any materials will be provided via email prior to callbacks. Dance callbacks may also be necessary for featured dance roles. The youth ensemble is limited to children entering 6th grade and above (Fall 2024). Please note - any youth ensemble members must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of each rehearsal throughout the production. Please download the attachment for details.
