Child Actors Needed for Student Project "Lily"
Seeking Child Actors ages 11-12 for Student Project "Lily". Please refer to the details provided below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: Description of Lily!: Lily Robbins, a high-spirited sixth grader with big red hair, is determined to find her passion as she works through growing pains and explores countless options alongside her friends and enemies. Description of Scene: In this scene, Lily has had enough, so she gathers the girls who have something in common with her- they’re Shad Shifferdecker’s favorite teasing subjects. Additional info: WHAT: Self-tape auditions for a student project: One scene from an episode of Lily!, a family-friendly TV show. This is a great opportunity for acting reels, as it will most likely be around 5 minutes in length. Shooting for one day in June or July of 2024 in the Twin Cities area. The date is TBA. Physical description: Shaggy straight hair, strong/cocky stance, unimpressed eyes. Shad never seems to run out of fuel and quick-witted insults. His priority is being the front-and-center leader of every room and all his buddies. He loves to hear himself talk, and has erased any sort of filter that would stop him from blurting out his newest clever remark.
Physical description: Red voluminous curly hair, tall. Lily is ambitious and high-spirited, which can make her stick out as a joke to those who don’t dream as big. Like many middle-schoolers, she is used to not being taken seriously, and therefore stands stiffly and insecurely.
Physical description: petite, stylish. Reni is so cool, whether or not she realizes it. She’s laid back, has a keen eye to style, and is confident and observant. She’s a loyal friend and a great listener.
Physical description: Cherry cheeks, bright/happy eyes, slightly bigger than some others her age. Zooey loves people and loves to laugh! She hasn’t found full confidence in being herself yet, so sometimes the observances that she chooses to say out loud can be a bit awkward.
Physical description: Dark long hair, gentle face. Suzy has a hard time remembering to smile. She tends to be paranoid about getting in trouble and prefers to stay low on the radar as she quietly observes and sticks close to her friends.
