Young Boy Audition for "Peanut Butter Cookies" Film

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Casting a boy ages 17+ for production of "Peanut Butter Cookies". See the details below. About the project: Mrs. Key, a kind-hearted private school principal and single mother is placed in a tragic position when her favorite scholarship student Jackson stands up to his long-time over-entitled bully. The thug and his friends retaliate while Jackson watches over Mrs. Keys’ 7-year-old deaf son Damian, severely injuring both boys in the process. How far she is willing to push her moral compass to protect those she cares for from the school tyrant. Rate: UBCP/ACTRA or Equivalent. Due too the Lead Producer being ACTRA Union, there will be a minimum payment of $200 per Day on production. Should the production generate revenue, the Producer agrees to pay the Performers an amount equal to 5% of Distributor’s Gross Revenue. Please note rehearsal's are not compensated. Additional information: SHOOT DATE(S): End of August. SHOOT LOCATION(S): Vancouver/Burnaby/Langley Areas. Sign Language of any country considered an asset on this production as directors will be using representation from the Deaf community. Required Sign Language level is detailed within the character breakdowns. Directors are working with the BC school for the Deaf within the scope of the project, please be open about your Sign level.
