Child Open Roles for Short Film

Looking for actors ages 6-9 years old for a Short Film. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: As an army vet unravels, his wife urgently confronts the imminent self-destruction jeopardizing their family. A narrative that promotes empathy, understanding, and dialogue around mental health, PTSD, and veteran reintegration. Rate: Actors will be compensated and work a minimum of one day; some roles may require two days. Meals and craft services will be provided in addition to compensation. Additional info: Union and non-union talent may apply. Note: All roles, including Son/Daughter, demand exceptional dramatic skills and emotional maturity to navigate the thematic depth of the story. This project features sensitive material. NOTE: This project will be produced under a SAG-AFTRA MICRO BUDGET PROJECT AGREEMENT. The SAG-AFTRA MICRO BUDGET PROJECT AGREEMENT does not provide the standard protections, compensation and benefits available in other SAG-AFTRA contracts. With this agreement, most terms (including rate of pay) are subject to negotiation between Producer and Performer.
